By incorporating Europa PLUS into existing Europa products, we are able to offer industrial strength IOT pre-integrated into equipment across a range of applications from LV domestic and commercial distribution to site power distribution, from ATS and surge protection to panels and customised control units.
Integration is carried out in-house by our skilled production team in Luton. This allows us to offer quick turnaround and hold stock locally for dispatch to a strict schedule.
The diagram above illustrates how three utility meters (electricity, LPG and water) at a site connect to the cloud. The LPG meters communicate with the cloud via GSM at a frequency to be agreed. The electricity and water meters connect to the cloud in real-time via WiFi hubs, which use the best 2G/3G/4G carrier available.
Meter readings and corresponding usage costs are displayed on our Utility Hub web app, which can be accessed via the browser on mobile devices and computers.
Users can be set up with different roles (finance, admin, maintenance, owners) to see just the data they need, presented on a role-specific dashboard. Billing data will initially be downloaded to CSVs for uploading into Salesforce, but we are swiftly moving to direct updating of Salesforce via the Utility Hub API.
CertOn is a secure, paperless, cloud-based document management system that enables any user to understand the management & maintenance of any asset or building.
These documents are linked to a unique QR code specific to each asset of monitoring equipment or property, ensuring people work more effectively & efficiently.
A dedicated app and website portal helps manage documents and instantly identifies them when they need to be renewed.
Documents can be stored in a dedicated cloud environment for each application or can be linked to Salesforce.com.

The Europa PLUS solution provides a secure online platform that will allow for the presentation of data in formats suitable to different stakeholder groups.
Custom branded UI’s can be designed and developed according to specific application requirements. User profiles can be created with access to differing types of data, differing levels of permissions and data views.
Electricity usage data is generated by Europa’s smart electricity meter, built using MID-compliant technology pre-fitted into the Europa hookup before deployment.
Gas usage data is generated by our partners Cavagna Group, using their ultrasonic Prodigi meters.
Water usage is monitored using a WRAS-approved water flow meter which connects into the hookup via underground low-voltage DC cables.
